Warning/Penalties
The same warning/penalty rules apply in section 2 of the forum rules which can be located at: http://smoclan.com/announcements/forum-rules-t737.html

There is one additional penalty where .SMo^ clan reserves the right to put a member back through the recruitment stages if deemed appropriate by the three leaders.

Rules
1. There is NO reason to EVER destroy a persons self esteem or similar actions.

2. Be courteous and respect fellow .SMo^ clan members/recruits.

3. Strong racist concepts and terms are not allowed to be practised in this clan.
Racism:
--The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.

4. Poaching is prohibited and is not to be practised by any member/recruit.

5. Members/recruits who have not been seen for 7 days without posting their leave will be deemed inactive.

6. Sexist comments, concepts or terms will not be tolerated.

7. Hacking is strictly prohibited. The maximum penalty will apply in all cases.

8. Multi-clanning is not tolerated. To avoid this ensure you are not part of any two clans that support/play the same game.

9. Members/recruits are REQUIRED to be in TeamSpeak3 while in game to ensure that everyone does not miss out on important events/messages.

10. It is advised that all members/recruits check the forums at least once every week to ensure everyone receives important announcements and messages.
