In an effort to improve our services in both networking and hardware we are currently bringing new machines and networks online. What this means is that ALL services both Voice and Game will be moved to these new networks and machines. Migrations will begin within the next 24 to 48 hours but you will have until May 31st , 2011 to let all your members know. We will be mirroring your services so you will essentially have 2 servers running at the same time. Your old server will remain online until May 31st.
We recommend you notify your members as soon as possible after you receive the Email with your new server's details. IP's and hostnames will change. These will be noted in the Game CP and the notification of move Email the Game CP sends out. Some of you are already on the New Hardware and Network's so if you do not get an Email then your server was not moved.
If you have further questions regarding this notification please feel free to open a support ticket with any questions or concerns you may have. We understand that this can affect your server's traffic but we feel that these improvements will greatly enhance your services with us along with enriching your overall experience.
