IV. Would this actually reduce the amount of marijuana smokers

For medical purposes I see no problem with it. It helps cancer patients get food into their stomachs since its hard for them to eat from radiation and chemo-therapy.

If it is actually legalized, the number of smokers might actually go up, but if its not, i'ma still hit the bong. But i think it will be something like the laws with alcohol, minimum age, consuming a maximum certain amount, and consuming while driving.

my answer is a blatent no. you may be asking me, why RDOGS why? well, here is my defending statement...
first of all it is extremely addictive, this may seem like a small problem but it spreads throught by debate, here is why... people who are allowed to smoke it (for medicine)will eventualy become dependant on it, so when the doc tells them there not allwed to smoke it no more then they will have to get it illegaly and will eventualy end up proably in jail... still addicted... also whats stopping the people reselling (the legal stuff) to allready to addicted people for mass profit? that is another reason addiction plays a huge role in this debate.
also because it is more freely accesed if its legal (for medical use) gangs and addicted pplz know who to target by traking people who use medical Marijuana and literaly kill them for the drug.
this is why it should not be legalized.

It isn't a chemical addiction you mean. People can become dependent on it, very much like alcohol.
